This weeks workout:

10-15 minute warm up
Drills and strides
800-400-200 (focusing on proper pacing 5k effort/not too fast)
6 x 200 (hard effort/ full recovery walk 200)
200-400-800
10-15 minute cool down

Reminder: As the Summer heats up and our training speeds up please remember to bring fluids and to have an active recovery (foam roll, ice bath, easy 4 mile run the following day)

These post run precautions will keep your legs happy and ready for your next workout.

Check-in will begin at 6:15 PM and the run will start at 6:30 PM.
