Yoga Conditioning for Runners

Experienced yoga teacher and runner Linda Meacci teams up with ultramarathoner Lucas Marsak to offer insights and specific instruction on how yoga can benefit the runner in a very real way.

The clinic has something for everyone. Linda will present safe and effective stretching sequences and essential yoga principals that can be applied to your running mechanics. She will also discuss the role of breath and focus in your training. Lucas will offer insights on improving efficiency and performance and increasing your enjoyment as a runner.

There will be an optional short group run so you can put the principles into action.
