Join the Steel City Road Runners at our Track Tuesday workout!  All runners are welcome

Check-in will begin at 6:15 PM at the various locations.  The run will start at 6:30 PM.

Coaches and ambassadors will be on site to help guide/introduce you into interval workouts.

This week's workout:

Warm up/Drills

Workout:  Threshold Mile Repeats with 60 sec rest (the pace that you can ran all out for one hour)

This is a workout that you MUST adhere to the pace and recovery

Number of repeats based off of 10% of your weekly mileage

10 miles = 1

30 miles = 3

Finish with an 800 if your mileage is between. 25 miles = 2 x 1 mile, 1 x 800

Cool Down/stretching
